Internet/Cable: The internet is fast... Spectrum claims up to 500 mbps so plenty of bandwidth to stream Netflix on everyone's devices.. :) There is no cable service in the cabin. Accessibility: The stairs up to the 2nd floor are a little narrow so if you or your travel companions are mobility limited, perhaps keep to the first floor. The red tape: - You must be 25 or older to book - 10 person max - 4 vehicle max - Message us before booking if you have more than 10 people - Up to 2 pets are permitted - No smoking inside ($250 fee) (outside is okay) - We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more. - No early check-in or late check-out ($50 fee) - No refunds for weather, power outages, or acts of God - BYO: Charcoal, coffee, ziplocks, firewood - You will likely see and hear critters - Don't feed the bears if you see them! - The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! -This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. Smoking outside the home is permitted. - No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended. - Travel size soap and shampoo is provided as well as a few other starter supplies: 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, hand soap, a couple dishwasher pods, a couple washing machine pods, and a couple garbage bags - Not included: condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee - Absolutely no fires inside the property. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Pets: 2 pet maximum. If there is furniture damage or excessive pet hair, there may be additional cleaning costs added. This is a pet friendly property. While our cleaning team does an excellent job, pets shed and pet hair can be difficult to clear away 100%. All linens are fresh for each stay but you may encounter pet hair. If that turns you off, this property may not be the best fit for you. I would recommend continuing your search! Otherwise, we'd love to have you! :) Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY: We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a reservation, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Last minute requests to change your dates for a later date are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay. Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations. Also, please note: we are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
